Job Description
The incumbent will be reponsible for costing, ticketing and reservations for Air, Hotel, Holiday Packages,Car Rental, Airport Limousine. Use good CRM techniques to generate more business from existing customers and prospect for new customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be proficient in any CRS system (Galileo/ Amadeus/ Sabre will be preferred).Excellent telephone communication skills; patient, personable, and receptive. Excellent understanding of the Travel Industry, Complex Fares and Ticketing.
