1. Good communicaiton skills

2. Good negotiation skills and maturity to handle complex queries and concerns from consultants - should demonstrate proven prior experience for this

3. Knowledge in HR, Employee relations and performance reviews

4. Prior experience in Oracle Apps or any ERP is a big plus -- If they handled this role with company specialized in ERP area will also work well

5. Hands on in US market - At least 2-3 years of experience.
