6) Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review.
7) Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster

Job Description:
1) Should have atleast 4 years of total experience.
2) Must have at least 2+ years experience using middle tier architecture, installation, setup, maintenance, design and development experience using Microsoft Biztalk Server 2006/2006R2
3) Experience developing using Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
4) Experience with Integration Middleware packages such as BizTalk
5) Should have solid working experience in developing applications using .NET frameworks
6) Strong background in database programming MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005, SQL Reporting services experience and SSIS packages is a plus.
7) Should understand security solutions, backend systems, domain flows
