Job purpose:
Global Commercialization team is creating a new intranet portal to serve the needs of the global Key Account Manager (KAM) network. This portal will be called KAMUNITY and will serve as a repository for all strategic content that is being co-developed by Global along with CPOs on Customer Value Crea-tion (CVC) framework. This website will also incorporate a discussion forum in order to facilitate ongo-ing exchange of best practices and key learnings across the KAM community in CPOs. The vision for the site is to grow along with the content, build continuous learnings and serve as a strategic reposi-tory for several key tools and best practices with a continuously updated editorial and functionality cal-endar.
The role of the web content / site analytics manager will involve driving management of all content in coordination with external vendors and internal commercialization team and ensuring that strategic role of this site with high visibility and impact across the organization is ensured.
Major accountabilities:
Create, develop and manage content for Global Commercializationâs web presence on KAMUNITY and the intranet portal that includes all content for Global Commercialization and Learning department
Coordinate web projects across departments and functions in collaboration with external vendors
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties and ongoing site management
Working with a cross-departmental team, maintaining and developing the master content calendar for all web properties
Copyedit and proofread all web content and ensure a working editorial calendar for the content
Oversee external vendors,freelancers, including writers, copyeditors etc.
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs and events and provide consulting expertise on site development
Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
Track and report on all site metrics
Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors to ensure that the strategic goals of the intranet site are met. |
| Desired Profile |
Minimum degree acceptable: University degree in English / Journalism/Technical field / Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
Desirable degrees: BA or Masters
Languages : Fluency in English (mandatory), easy to understand
Required experience: 3-5 years experience managing content and production for high traffic websites
Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems
Strong analytical knowledge and past experience in running website traffic reports and other site analytics
Strategic mindset and consulting experience on web content manage-ment on the client side
Quality and customer focused
Excellent communication skills and collaboration mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Demonstrate initiative and flexibility
Very strong IT knowledge (MS Excel, Data Warehouse, Cognos, Powerpoint)
Desirable experience: Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
Marketing or Sales experience
