• Certification like MCP, MCSE in Exchange and Active Directory. Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007.
• Exchange 2003/2007 support knowledge of routing, administrative groups, public folder replication.
• Exchange 2003/2007 design and architecture knowledge, including best practices recommendations.
• Knowledge of Group Policy.
• Experience on Exchange Clustering.
• Exchange and Windows Server 2003 clustering experience
• Name Resolution (DNS), within large (300+ server) network environments..
• Basic knowledge about ITIL concepts is required
• Experience on Incident and Task management tool.
• Highly self motivated and directed;
• Strong organizational, oral communication and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Experience working with, and presenting to, senior management; Experience in leading others team in the performance of information security duties.
• Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for: Exchange level 3 support.
• Implement Microsoft Exchange as the email server across the organisation.
• Good understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/Exchange 2007 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, Front End/Back End setups, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products.
• Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2003 infrastructure
• Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and user accounts
• Blackberry Server Administration
• Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments
• Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues
• Configuration, management and troubleshooting of remote e-mail access using Outlook and OWA
• Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange
