Job Description
- We are looking for technical recruiters with resume updating skills (US Recruitment) for the position of Resume Writer ..need to prepare initial profiles of our US Employees and modify profiles based on the technical requirement.
- Writing Resumes, Cover Letters of technical developers suits to actual requirement.
- Researching the best design for various profiles; content / industry jargon to use when listing the client's qualifications, skills, education, and job history.
- Extensively using MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.
- Need to have good awareness of various software technologies viz., databases, ERP's, programming languages, technical terminology etc and should have ability to interact with the Employees, prepare a suitable resume and properly blend the Employees skills with the matching technical requirements posted by the Clients
- Should have good technical writing skills and preferable if earlier worked in a similar capacity
- Ability to work in the night shifts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
- Excellent typing and proof reading skills as well as basic knowledge of computers.
- Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients on understanding needs and aspirations, assessing content and deciding what information would be most valuable on the resume.
- You need to edit, write and rewrite resumes & cover letters for candidates who are looking for professional resume writing services in USA, UK etc.
- Ability to read the US IT Requirements and blend the resumes in line with the requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills
