Job Description
IT Manager
Manage the Enterprise Infrastructure Systems Support group in APAC from Hyderabad, India. Provide staff/technical leadership to ensure the maintenance and support services for systems of the Corporation, including participating in the resolution of issue tickets and change requests. Supervise and provide work direction to support staff. Lead IT initiatives to ensure service level targets and operational requirements are met.
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of Server System Engineering projects as necessary.
Ensure compliance to the IT Procedures and Quality standards.
Provide status reports on all activities, plans, problems, system performance, and quality metrics.
Manage local budget forecasts and expenditures.
Collaborate with prospective external vendors such as hardware re-sellers and service providers in the implementation and completion of more complex Server Systems engineering initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring System and Data security standards are maintained, within the scope of responsibility.
Contribute to the definition and development of worldwide operating procedures and standards for Systems.
Utilize technical knowledge to effectively configure, support, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
Document and provide graphical representations of Server solutions using software tools to provide a higher-level overview of existing and future migrations.
Other duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
3+ years experience in operations management, especially with a global organization.
5+ years relevant years of Enterprise Application/Systems Support experience in one or more of the following platforms:
MS Active Directory / Novell Directory Services
Exchange / Enterprise Vault
Citrix
Lotus Notes
RDBMS
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
BS or equivalent
3+ years experience in operations management;managing at least 10 people
5+ years relevant server experience in multi-location environment.
MCSE, MCSA preferred.
MCM, MCA, an advantage
Skilled in all areas of system design from planning and pre-testing through deployment and implementation.
Occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be required as needed.
