Exp : 15 - 20 years
Quali : B.Tech (Mech)
Industry : Similar compressor Manufacturing industry, Automobile, Engineering etc. Multiple product modeling (who are in to mfg of multiple products)
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing techniques and programs to ensure quality levels are maintained in alignment with established quality standards
Reviews product designs and establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards
Directs inspection services, conducts quality training, and confers with customers to define product quality problems.
Ensure smooth and proper functioning within the fields of Incoming Quality, In Process Quality and Customer Quality
Drafts and controls the department budget.
Leads a team of direct reports.
Thorough knowledge of New product development process from conceptual to product launch.
Should have hands on experience within the fields of QMS, PPAP & 8D in customer & process Quality issues
Should posses exceptional analytical and managerial skills
He should have financial acumen along with good command on budgetary controls
Incumbent should be well versed with latest processes / procedures for ISO Certifications
Desired Candidate Profile
The position is based in Hyderabad and should have around 15-20 years of experience. Qualification should B.Tech Mechanical / Electronics.
